Dallas Goshala respects your privacy. This page describes how to request deletion of personal data associated with dallasgoshala.org, email and SMS, volunteer and visit signups, and donation records where applicable.

How to request data deletion

Email info@dallasgoshala.org with the subject line Data deletion request.

Include information to verify your identity, for example:

• Full name
• Email and/or phone used with us
• Brief note on services used (donation, volunteer, newsletter, etc.)

What we will do

• We aim to complete verified requests within a reasonable time, typically within 30 days.
• We may remove or anonymize data from active systems and unsubscribe you from marketing lists.
• Some records may be retained where required by law (e.g. tax or accounting). We will explain limitations when they apply.
